Azarakhsh Refractories Company with more than twenty years brilliant activities in producing variety of refractories production with shape or shapeless, under name of “refractories production of Azarakhsh”, always try to have continuous and permanent movement towards progress in it’s aims, step by step. This company in direction to realization of it’s organizational aims always try to move forward to make progress in refractory industrial of our country and possibly prepare the demands of country’s industries in this field.

Now, “Azarakhsh refractories company”, in addition to produce the variety of refractories production with high quality and try to develop it, has taken a big step to setup new production unit in this industry and is opening it’s new phase under name “Arghavan Ceramic Fiber” which is one of few production units of ceramic fiber in our country, so with this work, it would be taken a big step for preparing the needs of large part of domestic industries to refractories fiber.

The industries that use the productions of this company are steel, petrochemical, cement, glass, plaster, sugar loaf and etc. industries.

Now, this company acts with profiting from experienced manpower and update technology with using variety of new machinery like as full mechanization production line of refractory castable, automatic hydraulic process with capacity 500 to 2000 tons, sintering furnace of refractory brick to 1600 centigrade degrees, circular furnace of calcination material, variety of machinery for grinding and particle sizing of material and connected production line in ground of producing variety of isolated and half-isolated brick and the other hand all of products examine by well-equipped laboratory unit and quality control of this company and they are traceable and identifiable till utilizing by customer.

The existence products e.g. chamotte ND alumina bricks (UP TO 85% Alumina), light-weight bricks from grade 21 to 32 with 0.6-1.4 g/cm3 density (up to 94% Alumina), the various type of alumina-carbon-magnesite bricks, acid resistance bricks, Tandish nozzle and different types of shapeless products such as regular casts, medium cement casts, low cement casts and ultra-low cement casts from 45 to 97% alumina and finally different kinds of silica ramming mixes are manufactured. R&D unit of this company is updating the products that are being manufacturing and is developing new products consciously, and in this direction, has succeed to take certificate of searching and developing from industry mine and commerce ministry.
